Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance & Control from incoming raw materials and in-process checks to final product inspection and dispatch clearance.
Ensure BIS certification compliance and adherence to applicable standards (IS 16102, IS 10322) for all LED products manufactured.
Manage OEM brand partner audits and quality requirements.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for internal rejections and customer complaints.
Monitor and control quality KPIs rejection rate, first-pass yield, DPMO, and warranty returns and present MIS reports to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team; drive Lean & Kaizen initiatives to build a culture of continuous quality improvement on the shop floor.
