Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Gold Loan operations across multiple branches.
Ensure smooth processing of gold loan disbursements, renewals, closures, part-payments, and auctions.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, internal controls, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee gold appraisal, custody, Take over management System, vault management, reconciliation, and security processes.
Monitor operational risk indicators and coordinate with Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Inspection teams.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Review branch performance through MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Lead and develop operations teams across the region through regular reviews and training.




Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.
Monitor auction-related activities and portfolio operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM preferred.
Additional qualifications in Finance, Banking, Operations, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC Operations.
Mandatory experience in Gold Loan Operations.
Exposure to multi-branch/regional operations management.
Solid knowledge of audits, risk management, compliance, branch controls, and operational processes.
