nAbout the Role:

nWe are looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep our Development, QA, DevOps, Mobile, and UI/UX teams organized and on track. You will track project status, help schedule and run team meetings and make sure Product Owners and Project Managers always have transparent, up-to-date visibility into where things stand and who is working on what.

nThis is not a technical role and no coding or technical decision-making required. It is a excellent fit for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow into project management or Scrum Master work.

nWhat You Will Do:

n

n

n
Track status, timelines, and action items across active projects for Development, QA, DevOps, Mobile, and UI/UX teams
n
Help schedule and support standups, sprint planning, and retro meetings
n
Keep project boards and trackers (e.g., Jira) accurate and up to date
n
Flag scheduling conflicts, missed deadlines, or resourcing issues to your manager
n
Support Product Owners and Project Managers with regular status updates and reporting
n




Help coordinate logistics and coverage when priorities shift or team members are out
n
Maintain simple dashboards/reports so leadership has a clear view of project status
n
Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members, in coordination with HR
n

nWhat You Bring:

n

n

n
1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related support role
n
CAPM, PSM I, or similar entry-level Agile/PM certification preferred but not required
n
Comfortable using tools like Jira to track tasks and schedules
n
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
n
Explicit written and verbal communication
n
Some exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working
n
Comfortable working across multiple teams and adjusting to shifting priorities
n

nNice to Have:

Working toward a PMP or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification
n
Experience with reporting or dashboard tools
n
Interest in growing into a Scrum Master or Project Manager role
