Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Quantity estimation from drawings. Rate analysis and cost estimation. Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills. Vendor and subcontractor billing.
Tendering and contract documentation. Material reconciliation and cost control. Client billing and project budgeting. Coordination with project, billing, and procurement teams. Preparation of DPR, WPR, and MIS reports.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software. Qualification B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Solid knowledge of EPC/Road/Building/Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
