Re-Verse is hiring an R&D; Engineer to develop cutting-edge sheet materials from textile waste, taking products from concept and experimentation to testing and production. The role involves developing formulations and processes, conducting material trials and performance testing, documenting results and process parameters, optimizing products, developing prototypes, troubleshooting issues, and working with Chemical, Mechanical, and Production teams to scale laboratory results into manufacturing. Candidates should have 23 years of experience in R&D; or product development, preferably in materials, composites, polymers, textile recycling, or manufacturing, with solid analytical, problem-solving, experimentation, and technical documentation skills.
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Materials, Polymer, Textile, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
