Quick Commerce - Executive

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) | Location: Bengaluru | Full-time

Role Summary

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Executive to support account operations across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart, and others. This role involves catalogue/listing management, stock coordination, order fulfilment, collections follow-ups, and daily account hygiene. Ideal for freshers eager to build a career in e-commerce operations and account management.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day account management of quick-commerce partners.

· Manage catalogue listings, pricing updates, and product visibility.

· Coordinate with internal warehouse/production teams on stock availability.

· Create and track POs, inventory replenishments, and supply timelines.

· Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) issues and ensure timely replenishment.

· Track payments, collections, claims, and reconciliations.

· Support execution of platform promotions and visibility initiatives.

· Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards.

· Ensure compliance with platform SLAs and operational hygiene.

Required Skills





· Solid coordination and communication skills.

· Basic Excel/Sheets knowledge (vlookup, pivot, formatting preferred).

· Attention to detail and process discipline.

· Ability to multitask and manage timelines.

· Analytical mindset with willingness to learn.

Valuable to Have

· Internship experience in FMCG/e-commerce supply/logistics.

· Understanding of quick-commerce platform workflow.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
