Develop and manage Industrial B2B sales across the assigned region.
Focus on direct sales to industrial clients and end users.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with industries, factories, OEMs, EPC companies, and corporate clients.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing industrial customers.
Conduct regular client visits and understand customer requirements.
Generate leads, prepare sales proposals, and follow up for order conversion.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Manage and expand the regional customer base.
Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.




Robust negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Valuable understanding of industrial products and B2B sales processes.
Solid understanding of English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Dealer/Distributor sales experience is not required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales or a similar role will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
