About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our villa project sales team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, references, and field activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa options.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert enquiries into bookings.




Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

Candidate Profile
Freshers are welcome – prior real estate experience is not mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates with real estate sales experience will also be considered.
