Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in customer coordination, order processing, documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales activities. The candidate should have positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documents.
Follow up on enquiries, pending orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts for timely order execution.
Track sales orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
Maintain customer and sales records in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications.
Monitor pending orders and provide regular status updates.




Coordinate dispatch and logistics activities as per customer requirements.
Follow up with Accounts regarding customer payment status.
Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination, or Sales Administration.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
Experience with ERP/CRM software will be an advantage.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer-oriented approach and professional communication.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
