Taj Frozen Foods India Ltd. (TFFIL) is looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates starting their careers to gain hands-on experience in office administration and front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors/callers appropriately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
Support internal teams with coordination and communication
Maintain basic records and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:




Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi and Marathi
Valuable interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities
Skilled appearance and behavior

Additional Notes (Fresher-Friendly):
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Candidates with internship or part-time experience will have an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
