Role Overview The Raw QC team reviews live studio shoots taking place in Poland through Capture One. The role is based in India and is responsible for checking product imagery in real time against defined photography guidelines, enabling immediate correction while the product is still at the studio bay.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor live product shoots through Capture One and review images as they are captured.
Confirm that all required product angles and mandatory shots have been completed.
Check framing, composition and product orientation against the approved shoot guidelines.
Identify missing, incorrect or inconsistent shots and communicate deviations immediately.
Enable the studio team to reshoot the SKU while it remains at the bay, before it is returned to inventory.
Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing imagery across multiple projects.

Candidate Profile




Relevant experience in e-commerce photography, studio quality control, image-quality review, photography

operations or a closely related function.
Solid visual judgement and attention to detail, particularly for product imagery.
Ability to assess images accurately against defined product-photography guidelines.
Working familiarity with Capture One, or the ability to learn the workflow quickly.
Clear communication and the confidence to flag deviations promptly during a live shoot.
Ability to work with speed, consistency and ownership in a time-sensitive production workplace.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
