We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor records, and handling general administrative tasks. The role also includes receiving and distributing mail, maintaining the reception area, coordinating with different departments, and providing support to staff and customers when required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant attitude, basic computer knowledge, positive organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
