Main Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct safety training programs.
Provide induction training to recent employees and workers.
Conduct regular toolbox and awareness sessions.
Train workers on PPE and secure working procedures.
Conduct specialized training for high-risk activities.
Maintain training attendance and records.
Evaluate worker understanding through practical demonstrations/tests.
Identify training gaps and recommend improvement programs.
Key Requirement Positive communication and presentation skills with practical construction safety experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
