Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, clients, and sales team for regular business activities.
Handle client queries, order follow-ups, payment follow-ups, and other sales-related coordination.
Maintain and update sales data, customer records, order details, payment status, and outstanding reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure proper reporting to management.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, dispatch, invoicing, and delivery updates.
Maintain proper documentation of PI, invoices, customer details, payment records, and other sales documents.
Follow up with clients regarding pending orders and payments.
Coordinate internally with Accounts, Dispatch, Production, and Sales teams whenever required.
Ensure all sales-related data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.
Assist management in preparing sales reports, targets,



and other business-related MIS.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Back Office, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to prepare and maintain reports and MIS.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Positive follow-up and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records systematically.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, invoices, payments, and order management will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is organized, responsible, valuable at follow-ups, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and capable of maintaining proper sales documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
