Role & responsibilities

5+ Experience in Regulatory Change Management and Regulatory Monitoring, with the ability to track and assess recent regulations, supervisory guidance, and compliance requirements.

Solid knowledge of Regulatory Impact Assessment, Compliance Risk, and Gap Analysis to identify business and control implications.

Experience managing Regulatory Obligations, Regulatory Inventories, and Compliance Requirements, including mapping requirements to policies, processes, risks, and controls.

Hands-on experience in Regulatory Implementation and Remediation, including action plans, milestones, ownership, and issue tracking.

Solid understanding of Governance, Risk Management, Escalation, and Management Reporting for regulatory change activities.

Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills, with experience working across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Business teams.
