About the Role

Fashion Floor India is looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive who loves talking to customers, understands fashion and has the ability to turn enquiries into sales.

You’ll be the voice of our brand—helping customers choose the right outfits while ensuring a smooth and personalised shopping experience.

What You'll Do
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram & calls
Help customers with size, fit, fabric, styling & product selection
Convert enquiries into orders through effective communication
Follow up with interested customers and abandoned enquiries
Recommend products through upselling & cross-selling
Handle order,



delivery, exchange & return-related queries
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Coordinate with the internal team for customer/order issues
Maintain customer follow-ups and achieve sales targets

We’re Looking For
1–3 years experience in customer support, sales, ecommerce or fashion retail
Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
Gujarati is an added advantage
Confident, persuasive and

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
