We have an urgent requirement for a Sales Coordinator for our manufacturing unit.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering preferred

Salary: Up to ₹6.0 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Reporting To: VP – Sales / Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders and day-to-day sales coordination.

Handle Sales Order and related transactions in SAP Business One / ERP.

Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

Track customer orders from order receipt to production and dispatch.

Follow up for material availability and production status.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to sales and pending orders.

Maintain sales documentation, customer records, quotations, sales orders,



and dispatch documents.

Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.

Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and pending orders to the concerned team.

Ensure smooth Order-to-Dispatch coordination.

Required Skills

Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One / ERP.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Robust communication and coordination skills.

Valuable follow-up and customer-handling ability.

Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience preferred.

Candidate should be proactive and able to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
