We are looking for a motivated Sales Expert to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to explain software/SaaS products clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
Demonstrate and explain our software/SaaS products to prospects.
Conduct product demos and answer customer questions.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into customers.




Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the technical/product team when customers have specific requirements.
Research competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.
Develop current business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and direct outreach.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
