Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

Explain products/services clearly to customers.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain regular communication with existing and recent customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and order processing.

Maintain customer and sales records.

Provide valuable customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

Requirements

Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Basic computer knowledge.

Sales/customer-handling experience is an advantage.

Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
