We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our automobile dealership sales operations. The ideal candidate should have robust business acumen, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
10–15 years of relevant experience in automobile sales/dealership operations.
Proven ability to drive business and achieve sales targets.
Adequate experience in inventory management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive a sales team.
Highly customer-centric with a solid focus on customer experience.
Goal-oriented, result-driven, and commercially focused.
Highly enthusiastic with a passion to excel and achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
