Experience: 3–7 years in retail sales, preferably sweets, bakery, FMCG or food retail

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Outlet Manager / Senior Salesman to manage day-to-day showroom sales and operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customers, managing the sales team, maintaining product displays and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the sweets retail showroom.
Handle customers professionally and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Supervise and guide sales staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
Ensure proper product display,



freshness, cleanliness and presentation.
Monitor stock levels, expiry, wastage and product movement.
Handle billing, cash collection and daily sales reconciliation.
Coordinate with the factory/store team for timely replenishment of products.
Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
Maintain showroom hygiene, discipline and grooming standards.
Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to management.
Support festival, bulk-order and special-event sales.

Positive communication skills in English and/or Bengali will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
