Sales Head – Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Management
Take overall responsibility for business growth and revenue.
Set sales targets and ensure achievement.
Develop business strategies for all projects/products.
Monitor sales performance, collections and profitability.
Sales & Marketing Leadership
Lead the complete sales team and sales operations.
Develop pricing, offers and sales strategies.
Manage lead generation, conversions and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance and Operations.
Business Development
Identify current business opportunities and market segments.
Build relationships with key clients, channel partners and stakeholders.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Team & Performance Management
Set KRAs/KPIs and targets for the sales team.




Recruit, train, guide and evaluate sales employees.
Drive accountability and performance culture.
Strategic Decision-Making
Provide business insights to management.
Participate in major commercial and strategic decisions.
Ensure all departments are aligned with overall business objectives.

Sales Head is responsible for driving the overall business—revenue, sales, growth, customer acquisition, team performance and business strategy.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
