Job Title: SME Relationship Manager

Domain/Function: Corporate insurance/General Insurance products.( Non Motor,Non health)

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and activate agents as per the monthly recruitment and activation targets.
Drive recent business acquisition by achieving assigned revenue targets across Corporate insurance/ General Insurance products.( Non Motor, Non health)
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, associates, and channel partners to enhance business prospects.
Monitor agent productivity and provide continuous support to improve business generation and engagement levels.
Drive policy renewal business by ensuring timely follow-up, customer retention, and renewal target achievement.
Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing customerbase to improve portfolio profitability.
Conduct regular product training sessions for Relationship Managers (RMs), Associates, and sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Keep the sales team updated on new product launches, policy changes,underwriting guidelines, and market developments.
Track sales performance,



recruitment progress, renewal ratios, and LOBpenetration metrics and submit periodic MIS reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes while conducting business activities.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Underwriting, and Insurance Partners for smooth business processing and customer servicing.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Have experience working on a General Insurance profile.

Key Skills:
At least 2 - 5 years of managerial experience in the General Insurance domain

Leadership and Networking skills, Ability to scout the right talent & onboard them
High result orientation, SME/ General Insurance Specialist

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
