Handle customer requests related to booking cancellation and refunds.
Speak with customers and understand the reason for cancellation/refund.
Collect and verify required documents and payment details.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding refund amounts and payment status.
Follow up with management/accounts for refund approvals and commitments.
Maintain records of all refund and cancellation requests.
Update customers about the status and expected timeline of their refund.
Handle customer complaints and resolve refund-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams regarding cancelled bookings.
Prepare refund requests, cancellation forms, and related documentation.
Ensure proper follow-up until the refund is completed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
