Position: Retail Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Retail Store Manager – Electronics & Home Appliances
Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive sales of electronics and home appliances through effective customer engagement.
Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, negotiations and grievance resolution.
Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, inward/outward and product displays.
Ensure proper merchandising, visual display and cleanliness of the store.
Track sales performance, targets, conversion and team productivity.
Coordinate with distributors, suppliers and company representatives for stock and product requirements.
Ensure proper billing, documentation, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.




Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.
Handle after-sales coordination, service requests and customer follow-ups.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and store performance reports.
Maintain a positive customer experience and achieve store profitability goals.

Customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of smartphones/electronics/home appliances is an advantage
Gujarati/Hindi communication preferred
