Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Conduct property/site visits.
Explain projects, pricing and payment plans.
Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,700.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
