We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Hubballi-Dharwad. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting offerings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue current business opportunities
Promote properties through branding and lead generation
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Support team goals and participate in performance reviews
Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
Eligibility:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA preferred)
1–4 years of experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
