Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and fashion-oriented Fashion Consultant cum Salesperson to join our retail store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a robust interest in fashion, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories based on their style, body type, occasion and preferences.
Provide professional styling advice and explain product details such as fabric, fit and care instructions.
Build robust relationships with walk-in and regular customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and customer value.
Assist customers with trial rooms, size selection, alterations and product recommendations.
Maintain proper product display, folding, tagging, steaming and store cleanliness.
Support inventory management, stock movement and daily sales reporting.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Participate in promotional activities,



seasonal campaigns and in-store events.
Stay updated with fashion trends and share customer feedback with management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
