Sales Associate – Course SalesExperience: 4+ Years | Location: Raipur | Full time
We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with a proven track record in selling courses, workshops, or educational programs.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into paid enrollments.
Conduct sales calls, counselling, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle objections and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant sales experience.
Solid communication, negotiation & closing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in course/ed-tech sales preferred.
Fluent in Hindi & English.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
