Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Distributor Sales Manager to manage distributor sales and business development activities across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales operations across Durg, Bhilai, Raipur, and Rajnandgaon, along with regular market travel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop distributor and retail sales across assigned territories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits across Durg, Bhilai, Raipur, and Rajnandgaon.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.




Coordinate with distributors for timely orders and deliveries.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Handle distributor and customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or channel sales.
Experience in FMCG, pet care, consumer products, or related industries will be preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of the local market.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Ability to build and maintain distributor and customer relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
