Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: VIP ROAD ZIRAKPUR

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / Real Estate Sales

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + attractive performance-based incentives

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle sales inquiries and generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team and property developers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
Develop new client networks and referral opportunities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.




Good knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
Should be confident in handling clients and closing deals.
Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle for client meetings and property/site visits.
Target-oriented, qualified and self-motivated.
Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients.

Compensation
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
