Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate recent business.
Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
Handle client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into bookings.
Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotional activities.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
Guide sales executives in achieving individual and team targets.
Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing property deals.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
