Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Warje, Pune

Key Responsibilities
Build a team
Generate and manage key account business, leads to conversion
Develop and management of team
Develop and maintain key customer relationships
Develop and maintain channel partners




Achieve quarterly sales targets through team
Prepare reports and provide regular updates
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution

Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in field sales and leadership role
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
Target-oriented and self-motivated
