Grow With Shuraim is looking for a Sales & Client Relationship Executive to manage potential and existing clients from the first enquiry through to project completion.

The person in this role will be responsible for responding to recent leads, understanding client requirements, following up consistently, helping convert qualified leads into customers, coordinating with our internal team, and maintaining professional communication throughout the project.

Responsibilities
Respond to new leads and customer enquiries
Speak with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings
Understand the client’s business, requirements and current challenges
Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities
Follow up with potential clients consistently
Coordinate with the internal team to understand project scope and feasibility
Assist with quotations and proposals
Handle sales conversations and help convert leads into customers
Maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the project
Coordinate between the client and the marketing team
Follow up on project milestones and payments
Support the final handover of completed projects
Maintain good relationships with existing clients




Identify relevant opportunities for additional services

Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Good communication and listening skills
Confidence speaking with clients
Solid follow-up and organisational skills
Basic sales and negotiation ability
Professional customer-handling skills
Ability to understand a client’s problem before suggesting a solution
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Meet, Google Docs and spreadsheets
Willingness to learn our services and processes

Basic knowledge of websites, CRM systems, digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads or business automation is an advantage, but not mandatory. Malayalam is preferred. Hindi is an additional advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Fixed monthly base salary + 10% commission on successfully closed and handled projects, based on payments received by the company.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the client relationship, communicate professionally and help turn genuine enquiries into long-term customers.
