About the Role

ATHER e- vehicle is looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations in Dharapuram & Kangeyam. You will drive monthly sales performance, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly two-wheeler sales, finance, and insurance targets.

Lead & Coach Team: Train, guide, and motivate sales executives to improve lead conversions and close deals.

Showroom Operations: Manage walk-ins, test drives, vehicle display stock, and seamless vehicle deliveries.

Customer Satisfaction: Build strong customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

Experience:



8+ years in automobile/two-wheeler sales (supervisory or managerial experience preferred).

Skills: Robust leadership, negotiation skills, sales pipeline management, and basic computer proficiency.

Languages: Fluent in Tamil; and English preferred.
