Team Leadership &
Coaching:
Recruits, trains, motivates, and manages sales executives; sets daily activity expectations and runs team meetings.
Sales Targets &
Strategy:
Develops monthly and annual sales forecasts, profit objectives, and strategic plans aligned with manufacturer targets.
Deal Structuring &
Approval:
Reviews and approves pricing, financing terms, trade-in valuations, and assists staff with closing complex negotiations.
Inventory Management: Monitors stock levels, vehicle aging, and proper product mix (color, model, equipment) to maximize turnover efficiency.
Customer Relations &
Escalations:
Resolves escalated customer complaints, ensures high satisfaction standards, and oversees vehicle delivery processes.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
