Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through cold calling & different channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and understand customer requirements.
Handle negotiations and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain customer and lead data using CRM software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Prepare regular sales and lead follow-up reports.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of digital/social media lead generation will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
