Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Travel Consultant / IATA Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline ticketing, international and domestic travel, GDS systems, fare rules, and travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticket issuance.
Manage reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications.
Handle airline fare rules, baggage policies, penalties, and ticketing procedures.
Work with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent systems.
Handle corporate and individual travel requirements.
Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, hotels, visa teams, and other travel partners.
Assist clients with visas, hotels, travel insurance, transfers, and holiday packages when required.




Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and assist in developing current business.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide effective travel solutions.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a travel agency, airline, or travel management company.
IATA qualification/certification
Good knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
Hands-on experience with a GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Knowledge of fare construction, fare rules, re-issuance, refunds, and ticketing procedures.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Candidates with corporate travel experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
