Hiring for Sales Manager – Home Appliances
Location: Kollam, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 + Incentives + Accommodation
Experience: 5–10 Years
A leading home appliance company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and billing.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Coordinate with Marketing, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
Requirements:
5–10 years of retail sales experience.
Home appliances/electronics industry preferred.
Robust team handling, negotiation, and customer conversion skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
