Role & responsibilities
3+ years of experience in the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel in the Affordable housing finance or retail loan industry. The BSM will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with exclusive DSAs, ensuring consistent business inflow, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Source home loan business through DSAs and achieve sales targets; onboard and activate recent partners.
Relationship Management: Engage with DSAs regularly, provide product training on requirement, and ensure solid conversions.
Sales Execution: Ensure quality sourcing, compliance with credit policies, and resolve operational issues and monitor portfolio health regularly.
Market Insights: Monitor competition and share feedback for product improvement.
Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal audit requirements.
