Sales Specialist

Location: Sector 46, Gurugram

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Timing: 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Sector 46, Gurugram. The role involves handling customer calls and enquiries, following up with clients, assisting with sales activities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

This is a suitable chance for a fresher or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is confident communicating with customers and is comfortable handling a variety of office responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and enquiries
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
Assist customers with product and service-related information
Schedule appointments and client visits




Maintain customer and lead records
Support sales activities and follow-ups
Coordinate basic office tasks and day-to-day requirements
Handle general administrative work when required
Assist the team with other operational tasks as needed

Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Basic computer knowledge
Qualified and presentable communication
Willingness to handle both sales and general office responsibilities
Freshers are welcome to apply
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or office administration is a plus
