Exp -3 - 5 Years

Experience in freight forwarding Inside sales and business development, handling Air, Sea, and Road freight services.

Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, customer acquisition, and pipeline development through calls, emails, referrals, and digital channels.

Experienced in preparing competitive freight quotations, coordinating with Operations, Customs, and overseas agents.

Managed and developed existing customer accounts, maintaining robust client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.

Proficient in CRM management, sales pipeline tracking, reporting, and achieving revenue/margin targets.

Valuable knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, Incoterms, and import/export documentation.

Solid communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and commercial skills.

Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year
