The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. .

Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day sales & Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients • ⁠Lead follow-up and conversion support.
Resolution of client queries.
Follow up with prospective and Respond to client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and qualified manner.
Coordinate with team & resolve client issues.
Prepare and maintain sales reports,



client records, lead trackers, and daily activity reports.
Support sales executives with lead management, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and client communication.

Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid relationship-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
