Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages with transparent and professional communication.
Create and customize travel packages as per customer requirements (domestic & international).
Explain travel itineraries, inclusions, and pricing clearly to customers.
Convert inquiries into bookings and close sales confidently.
Handle customer complaints politely and provide after-sales support when required.
Maintain accurate sales data, quotations, and customer records using MS Excel and other tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred:



At least 1 year of experience in travel sales / tour & travel industry / customer handling.
Excellent communication skills with Intermediate English (mandatory) and Hindi.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to convince customers and close deals.
Valuable knowledge of computers and tools like MS Word, Excel, and Email.
Responsible, target-oriented, and customer-focused working attitude.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
