Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem
Co-create detailed technical design documents (TDDs) and review/approve designs for implementation
Lead end-to-end development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 developers, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective debugging and resolution strategies
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of SFCC implementations

Required Experience
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), preferably in B2C Commerce (Demandware)
Robust experience in eCommerce implementations, including storefront development and backend logic





Technical Skills
Robust expertise in:

o SFCC Architecture & Development o ISML, Controllers (SFRA), Pipelines (legacy), and OCAPI/SCAPI o JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Node.js concepts o Frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design)
Experience with:

o SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) customization o Third-party integrations (payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CMS, etc.)

o REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration
Hands-on experience in:

o Code reviews, performance tuning, and code optimization o CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

General Requirements
Solid understanding of eCommerce business processes
Experience in application customization, configuration, and integrations within SFCC
Proven experience in code review and enforcing best practices
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities
