Debock Organic Farms is a growing FMCG company focused on providing quality food products, including premium spices, pure desi ghee, and edible oils. We are expanding our market presence and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets as per assigned area.
Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with retailers and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
Provide regular market and competitor feedback.
Promote company products, schemes, and current launches.

Requirements:
Previous experience in field/FMCG sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
