Manage daily salon operations.
Manage staff attendance, duty allocation, and performance.
Prepare daily staff roster and ensure proper coverage.
Handle customers and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales and achieve monthly targets.
Promote services, memberships, and products.
Monitor billing, cash, and payment transactions.
Check stock and maintain proper inventory.
Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Ensure staff follow company rules and procedures.
Submit daily reports and updates to management.
