We are looking for an experienced and passionate Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensure excellent customer service, and lead our team to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day salon operations smoothly Supervise and support staff (stylists, beauticians, reception) Ensure top-level customer service and client satisfaction Handle appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon standards Manage inventory, products, and supplies Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally Drive sales, promotions, and service targets* Train and guide team members for better performance

Requirements





Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role Solid leadership and team management skills Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of salon services (hair, skin, etc.) Ability to handle pressure and multitask Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred

Experience in a premium or aesthetic salon Knowledge of beauty trends and products* Basic computer/booking system knowledge

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
