nJob Description:

nWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP CO Sr Consultant to lead our Controlling (CO) function within the SAP FICO landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CO modules and a solid understanding of integrated finance processes, capable of driving digital transformation initiatives, leading implementation/rollout projects, and supporting business process optimization. This is a critical leadership role that collaborates with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants.

nRequirements:

7+ years of experience
n
Robust understanding of integration with SAP FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
n
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
n
Expertise in Product Costing, COPA, Cost Object Controlling, and Management Reporting.
n
Ability to interact with senior finance leadership and translate business needs into technical solutions.
n




Experience in managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
n
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO modules including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA),Profit Center Accounting (PCA),Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC),Profitability Analysis (COPA).
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales to gather requirements and ensure alignment of CO processes.
n
Manage SAP CO-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements (S/4HANA exposure preferred).
n
Drive process improvements and automation within the CO domain.
n
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
n
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior SAP CO consultants or analysts.
n
Coordinate with external vendors and manage service delivery quality.
n
Support month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure system readiness."
