Role & responsibilities
Expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and S/4 Payroll implementation.
Working knowledge of Employee Central (EC).
Minimum 4 implementations, including India and Middle East Payroll.
Solid understanding of Middle East Payroll.
Experience in auditing at least 3 Payroll projects and 3 SAP Payroll support projects.
Hands-on experience with PTP, BIB, EC-to-ECP replication and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of ECP payroll posting to ECC FI/S/4HANA.
Experience with Payroll Control Center, Off-Cycle/Ad Hoc Payroll, and payroll incident management.
Payroll integration experience with HRIS, Time, Advantages and Finance.
Experience in testing, client workshops and end-user testing.
Robust project delivery, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact with senior/customer management.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
